Rooms for Hire Offices for Rent

The Orcel Centre is located within easy reach of the A19 via the A689. We currently have rooms for hourly or monthly hire. Our meeting rooms can accomodate groups of 4, 16, or 50 people and are ideal for training sessions or business meetings

We also have several office spaces that can accommodate 1, 2 or 5 people. Currently tenants work in the community offering health care or Adult Education. 

There is a great little cafe in the centre that offers refreshments and buffets for meetings and there is a large free car park to the rear of the building.

Hourly room hire starts at just £12 plus vat and monthly hire for office space starts at just £150 plus vat. This includes everything except your telephone and internet charges.
